The Trauma Centre is a Cape Town-based human rights NPO providing trauma counselling, psychosocial support and violence prevention programmes to survivors of violence, abuse and torture, including children. It offers individual and group therapy, workplace wellness programmes and training for professionals working in high-trauma environments.
