Smile Foundation is a South African NPO that provides life-changing plastic and reconstructive surgery to children from disadvantaged backgrounds born with or affected by facial anomalies such as cleft lip and palate, burns, microtia and other conditions. Through its Smile Week campaign and year-round programme, it restores dignity and function to children who cannot access private healthcare.
