The Early Learning Resource Unit (ELRU) is a Cape Town-based NPO with over 40 years’ experience in early childhood development. It builds the capacity of ECD practitioners, community-based organisations and parents in the Western Cape, Northern Cape and North West through training, resources and programme support.
